Trimming a Recording
Cutting off the start and end of a recording.
Trimming the start and end of the recording is a cinch, and is non-destructive, meaning you can change it again.
To trim a screen recording

Select the recording in the Export view

Select the "Time" options view in the top right of the window

Click on the "Change Trimming…" button (or right-click on the recording and choose this menu item)

Move the start and end points in the timeline in the preview area.

Click on the "Trim" button.
Trimming a recording is not permanent, which means you can change the trimming points again or undo the trim altogether.
