This Araelium Group End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Araelium Group for the Araelium Group software product identified above, which includes "online" or electronic documentation and may include computer software and associated media and printed materials ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not authorized to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
This EULA grants you the following rights upon your purchase of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT license:
• Primary Installation and Use. You may install and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a computer considered to be your primary computer for use primarily by you.
• Secondary Installation and Use. You may install and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a computer considered to be your secondary computer (for example, a laptop, or home vs. office computer) as long as access to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will primarily be by you.
• Backup copy. You may make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes.
Preview and Beta versions, if available, are provided for a time-expired period for the evaluation and initial product testing use. Evaluation versions are not licensed for extended use.

You agree you will not translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, copy, alter, merge into other software, reproduce, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or re-market the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any part thereof.
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by Araelium Group. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content.
Araelium Group reserves the right and the sole discretion to
(A) make improvements, corrections, adaptations, conversions and/or any other change to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(B) modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you, without prior notice.
(C) establish new operating and usage policies for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or change them at any time temporarily or permanently without prior notice, for any reason.
Araelium Group may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications (“Updates”).
Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You agree that Araelium Group has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you.
You further agree that all Updates will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You expressly agree that downloading the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is at your own risk. nN warranty, representation, condition, undertaking or term - express or implied, statutory or otherwise - including but not limited to the condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, stability, reliability, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is given or assumed by Araelium Group. All such warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings and terms are hereby excluded. Araelium Group makes no warranty that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; in no event shall Araelium Group be liable to any party for any damages including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, loss of profits and savings and the like), or any other damages arising - in any way, shape or form - out of the availability, use, reliance on, inability to utilize or improper use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT even if Araelium Group shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above exclusions of incidental and consequential damages may not apply to you.
Araelium does not collect, use, or save any personal data. Simple. The only data collected from Querious, are anonymous crash and error reports which have no personal data in them at all, and is strictly used to improve the performance and reliability of the product.
